Terms & Conditions – RADO CLEANING LTD (TopCleanRado)
These Terms & Conditions apply to all cleaning services provided by RADO CLEANING LTD, trading as TopCleanRado (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking through our website, phone, or any other method, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services
We provide professional cleaning services including, but not limited to, carpet cleaning, deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, and one-off residential or commercial cleaning services.
All services are provided based on the information supplied by the customer at the time of booking.
2. Bookings & Confirmation
- A booking is considered confirmed once it has been successfully submitted through our booking system.
- Some bookings may require payment in advance, while others may allow payment after the service (“Pay Later”).
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if incorrect or misleading information has been provided.
3. Payments
- Payments can be made online via our secure payment provider or by other agreed methods.
- If payment is made in advance, the booking is considered paid and confirmed.
- All prices shown are in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellation by the Customer
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time are free of charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time will incur a £40 cancellation fee.
- This fee covers administrative costs and time reserved that cannot be reallocated at short notice.
Refunds
- If payment has already been made and the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the appointment, £40 will be deducted from the refund.
- If no payment has been made, the £40 cancellation fee will still be payable.
- Refunds (where applicable) will be processed using the original payment method.
5. Access to Property
- The customer is responsible for ensuring we have access to the property at the agreed time.
- If we are unable to access the property, the booking may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the £40 fee.
6. Service Expectations
- The customer must ensure that the property is safe and suitable for cleaning.
- We cannot guarantee removal of all stains, marks, or wear that existed prior to cleaning.
- Parking fees, if applicable, are calculated after the service is completed.
7. Damage & Issue Reporting Policy (48-Hour Rule)
- Any issues, concerns, or claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of the service being completed.
- Reports must include clear photographic evidence, ideally taken before and after the cleaning.
- Reports submitted after the 48-hour period may not be accepted, as we cannot verify whether other parties accessed or altered the property after our service.
This policy allows us to investigate matters fairly and thoroughly.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must remove fragile or valuable items prior to cleaning.
- We are not responsible for damage to items that were not disclosed or were already damaged prior to the service.
9. Liability
- Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information in compliance with UK GDPR regulations.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on our website and apply to future bookings.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Insurance
RADO CLEANING LTD holds valid public liability insurance for the services we provide. This insurance covers accidental damage or injury caused directly by our work, subject to the terms and conditions of the policy. Proof of insurance can be provided upon reasonable request.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
